Great martial arts. My daughter recently switched from kenpo karate and her kicks are much better than when she was in her old karate. Brick City gives a great amount of one on one help and the classes are a good size compared to huge companies which is better in my mind. I grew up taking Martial Arts and grew into kick boxing, boxing and later I was a MCMAP instructor for the USMC back in the late 90's and early 2000's.
