Luke was our personal trainer for 6 months before he moved to Temple (from Houston). Prior to working with Luke, neither my fiancée nor I worked out regularly. His approach was to build up our strength and movements gradually to make sure our bodies could adjust. He was very cautious about not causing injury and took the time to explain the background and science behind muscle movements, strength training, importance of stretching and other components. Our workout schedule was 3 times a week and we both noticed marked improvements in our strength and muscle tone. We initially started with light weights, but improved to the point where we were using 20/25lbs weights with no problem on certain exercises. In addition to the improvements and progression we noticed in our training, we absolutely loved working with Luke. He is very genuine and truly cares about helping his clients. He was a bright spot in our lives three times a week.
